Liberty Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced and drivenFinance Managerto join our high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while maximizing profitability.
We are seeking a leader who can guide customers through the finance process with professionalism transparency and efficiency while supporting our sales team and maintaining strong relationships with lenders.
Key Responsibilities
Present and explain financing and leasing options to customers in a clear and professional manner
Secure financing through a network of lenders while maximizing approval opportunities
Offer and explain vehicle protection products such as extended service contracts GAP maintenance plans and other F&I products
Ensure all paperwork is accurate compliant and completed in a timely manner
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal flow and customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly finance and product penetration goals
Maintain full compliance with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications
Previousautomotive F&I Manager experience preferred
Strong knowledge of dealership finance processes and lender programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume dealership environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with dealership management systems and menu selling
