What You Will Do

Greet every guest promptly with a friendly approachable attitude
Prepare and serve beverages according to Suite Shots recipes and standards
Recommend menu items and premium beverage options to enhance the guest experience
Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar area
Handle cash and transactions accurately and efficiently
Engage with guests to ensure they feel welcomed and well cared for
Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines to protect guests and the community
Maintain positive body language eye contact and a genuine smile throughout your shift

Youll Know Youre a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...

At least 1 year of bartending experience
A high school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication organization and time management skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Energy enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality
High self-awareness integrity and openness to feedback and growth
Availability to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
The ability to stand and walk for extended periods including stairs
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. bend and move quickly during busy shifts
The ability to obtain any required local licenses or certifications
