What Will You Get To Do:

• Product Maintenance: Troubleshoot debug and resolve issues with released products to maintain quality and performance standards.
• Engineering Change Management: Manage the ECO process updating drawings bills of materials (BOM) and CAD files to reflect design changes.
• Root Cause Analysis: Assist/Perform root cause analysis on failures and manufacturing defects to prevent recurrence.
• Cost Reduction & Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost savings component obsolescence management and yield improvements in manufacturing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D manufacturing quality and marketing to support product changes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. ROHS CE REACH).
• Provide support to manufacturing to ensure products are fabricated and assembled based on the intended functionality of the design.
• Develop and maintain procedures and processes that support business requirements.
• Generate effective written and oral communication to support execute and document project activities

What Will You Bring:

• Work Experience: 5 years previous experience in a manufacturing or design environment.
• Education: Bachelors degree in engineering technology or related field
• Computer Skills: Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Office Suite working experience in 3D Solid Model environment(s) ERP system knowledge
