About the Role

Essity Health and Medical is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to support our commercial organization in Charlotte NC. The Graphic Designer role will be instrumental in driving the visual identity and brand presence of Essitys brands. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design projects that align with our strategic marketing objectives and enhance customer engagement.

What You Will Do

• Design Execution: Develop and execute graphic design projects ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing product management and sales to create cohesive and impactful visual content.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms including digital print and packaging.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously tracking work through Asana ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of Essity global trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to keep our brands at the forefront of the market.

Who You Are

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Proven experience in graphic design preferably within the healthcare or consumer goods industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
• Branding Knowledge: Strong understanding of branding typography and color theory.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
