Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced IT Programmer Analyst to support enterprise applications and improve system performance. The role involves system analysis development automation and technical support with a primary focus on Infor Lawson applications. The analyst will collaborate with business and technical teams to support Finance Supply Chain and Payroll systems while ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide application and technical support for Infor Lawson systems across Finance Supply Chain and Payroll modules.
Develop and maintain solutions using Lawson 4GL COBOL SQL and ProcessFlow.
Build and support Lawson IPA workflows notifications and system integrations.
Create and maintain Lawson batch jobs programs and automation scripts.
Monitor system performance and analyze operational trends to recommend improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Lawson and other enterprise applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Required Skills:
Strong experience supporting Infor Lawson applications.
Proficiency in Lawson 4GL COBOL SQL and ProcessFlow.
Experience with Lawson IPA workflows notifications and integrations.
Ability to develop and maintain batch jobs programs and automation scripts.
Functional knowledge of Finance Supply Chain and Payroll systems.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Lawson Design Studio forms UI customization and JavaScript.
Knowledge of Infor Lawson applications such as MSCM XM or LBI.
Experience supporting or participating in Infor Lawson to Oracle Fusion migrations.
