Job Summary
What youll do
We are looking for an experienced Senior Pastry Chef to join the team at SLS Barcelona.
Under the guidance of the Pastry Sous Chef you will:
- Use your Pastry expertise and skill youll be crucial in ensuring our Pastry kitchen continues to excel in producing the most creative innovative and inspirational items.
- Bring delicious creative and bespoke flavours and creations to our guests tables.
- Make sure our operation runs without hitch orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed our service is smooth and our food hygiene standards are sky-high.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for...
- One to two years experience as a Pastry Chef preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel/restaurant.
- Passion for Pastry is a given; youve worked hard to perfect your craft and you have a huge appetite to continue learning from the best in the business.
- Youre all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with leaving them with a memorable experience.
- You make people feel good - your team guests and colleagues alike.
- Organization and all over detail.
- Youre not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get stuff done.
- Youre up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once.
