The role
We are looking for a highly motivated 2026 JD graduate to join our fastgrowing Life Sciences Pharmaceutical and Healthcare practice in Beijing and Shanghai.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on strategic collaborations licensing and other complex crossborder transactions advising leading clients at the intersection of law science and business in the China market.

What Youll Do
- Support partners and associates on strategic collaboration and licensing transactions
- Work on highprofile matters involving pharmaceutical biotech and healthcare clients
- Gain handson experience in crossborder transactions and Chinarelated regulatory issues
- Collaborate with a dynamic international team in a fastpaced environment
Qualifications :
Your experience
- JD (Class of 2026) from a toptier U.S. law school
- Bachelors degree in biology Bioengineering Biological Sciences Chemistry Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Strong legal drafting analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the China business environment and strong crosscultural awareness are a plus
- A proactive detailoriented team player committed to delivering highquality work
