Job Summary
RESPEC seeks a Water Resource field technician in our Water market sector located in Tampa FL.
The Field Technician supports Water and Solid Waste projects by conducting construction quality assurance (CQA) observations environmental monitoring and field sampling across various media (soil groundwater surface water air and landfill gas). This role works closely with Project Engineers Geologists and Project Managers to complete field tasks maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications and facility operating permits.

Qualifications :
Required:
- Associates degree in Drafting/CAD design Surveying Environmental Science Engineering Technology or a closely related field; or a minimum 3 years of relevant experience including sampling monitoring and CQA
- Experience with AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical/controls skills
