Schedule: Monday Friday (8:00 AM 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM 5:00 PM)

Job Summary:Our Client in Woodbury NJ is seeking a professional and welcoming Medical Receptionist to join their team As the first point of contact for patients you will play a vital role in providing a seamless and supportive patient experience!
Key Responsibilities
Patient Coordination: Efficiently manage high-volume phone lines including scheduling rescheduling and reconfirming patient appointments.
Front Desk Operations: Warmly greet patients during check-in and ensure a smooth check-out process.
Insurance Verification: Confirm patient insurance eligibility and update demographic information with high accuracy.
Administrative Support: Maintain organized patient records and assist with additional clerical tasks as needed to support the clinical team.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on patient service.
Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
Adaptability: Ability to commute between our Woodbury and Mullica Hill locations.
