Kitchen Porter WatchHouse.

As a Kitchen Porter at WatchHouse you play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen. From ensuring cleanliness and hygiene to supporting the team with essential prep work youll be the backbone of our busy kitchens. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in keeping everything spotless and organized wed love to have you on board.
Key Reports: House Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep all kitchen work surfaces including counters sinks stoves and walls clean sanitized and safe for use.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors at the start and end of shifts and as needed throughout the day.
Quickly and efficiently wash crockery cookware utensils and cutlery to keep them in active rotation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in food and supply storage areas when .
Follow cleaning schedules ensure refuse and recycling are handled properly and adopt a clean as you go approach.
Take out rubbish and recycling promptly and responsibly.
Support the kitchen team with routine food prep tasks such as peeling chopping or other simple tasks when needed.
