The Learning Technology Administrator is responsible for day-to-day management of the GVC MDP and other learning products delivered using different technologies. Troubleshoot Issues related to the e-products by working with HR IT and LMS vendor for resolution.
To implement and drive the elearning strategies and to align with Learning Technology Roadmap thereby supporting Gyanodayas vision of initiating and embedding the world class learning solutions for the various businesses of the Aditya Birla Group
Gyanodaya is a Corporate University for Leadership Development Centre of Aditya Birla Group. Gyanodaya Virtual Campus (GVC) being Gyanodayas distributed learning platform spreading it scope to 42000 employees across the businesses and globe. To play a critical role to connect with the businesses and understand the business needs & challenges and plan a strategy to fulfil the same.
Job Context & Job Challenges:
a. Resolving end user queries handling withing TAT
b. Interface Poornata to resolve technical issues.
c. Backend activities for elearning Courses like Configuration on server UAT etc. Interface with Vendors to resolve LMS compatibility (SCORM/AICC) data load for ELM migrations User records/validations
d. Managing and operational support (scheduling and setting up webinars Demo runs for the faculty/presentors etc) for Webinars.
e. Sustain and increase MDP awareness during 3 cycles. Goal Setting/Mid-Year/ Appraisal
f. All operational activities like: Provide support to user Queries generate and share reports for GHR/BHR CPOs communications. This also requires do a regular audit and data clean-up with regards to eligibility Learning types etc.
g. Provide admin support for Pratibimb that involves setting up the batch monitoring generating reports etc.)
h. Provide backend support for product like People Management. This involves monitoring and maintenance of pre-training classroom requirements and post training support.
i. Provide admin support for GVC products like Quickbyte Language Learning etc.
j. Generating monthly/quaterly or need based reports on GVC.
k. Do periodic analysis to identify trends and create communication materials/interactions to address the issues/challenges.
l. On a quaterly basis deliver GVC User campaigns to increase User Awareness resolve education gaps promote GVC products etc..
Major Challenges
The major challenge is creating the Pull factor instead of Push factor for all the learning available on the GVC platform.
To create a culture of the Employee Self Service and Manager Self-Service in the organisation.
To promote and enable all the businesses for maximum utilization of all the offerings and features available on the platform of GVC and ELM
Create competency based learning curriculum across ABG businesses by mapping GVC online learning courses based on the need analysis
Track the new trends in eLearning and learning technologies accordingly analyse and introduce in the businesses
Business has different cultures and maturity levels with difference in technology savvy employee workforce group
Reaching the businesses and creating a ELM Champions workforce group for implementation of all the offerings from GVC
