About the role
As Advisor Library Communications and Engagement you will support communication and engagement activities undertaken by the Library. This role works with the Senior Coordinator Library Communications and Engagement and other members of the team to raise awareness of the Librarys services resources activities and events both within the Library and across the University.
You will plan design and deliver a range of communication campaigns and activities and coordinate and implement communication plans and activities that engage key audience groups including students educators researchers and fellow Library staff. Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills are key in this role.
To be successful in this position you will have:
Experience in a highly effective customer consumer or membership-focused communications function.
Experience supporting the planning production and delivery of communications activities and developing and implementing communications plans.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships with team and stakeholders of various levels.
Experience in using enterprise systems to publish digital content such as event registrations news or blog posts and webpages.
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail including proofreading and consistent use of writing and brand style across multiple products.
Ability to collect analyse and interpret data and information to support continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and a willingness to develop knowledge and skills drawing on the experience of senior members of the team.

At RMIT Vietnam the Library supports over 7000 students from 2 locations: Ho Chi Minh City and libraries are networked for provide flexible spaces for individual and group study computer equipped group study rooms and seminar rooms for academic and library research skills training.
