Job Summary
Position Title: Head Boys Basketball Coach
Location: To Be Determined
Salary Range: Base District Stipend Head Coaching Stipend
Position Summary: Support the success of the FISD Instructional and Athletic
programs. Teacher will work closely with the Campus Administrator assigned
and with the Athletic director to ensure instructional and athletic success.
Position Requirements
Education/Certification/License: Valid Texas Certification
Experience in a successful athletic program. Head coaching experience preferred.
Basketball coaching experience required
Duties/Responsibilities
Provide leadership and instruction in all areas needed to run a successful athletic
program.
Provide instruction in the classroom
Maintain orderly classroom
Facilitate and monitor testing procedures related to instruction.
Meet and exceed state / campus goals for student performance
Promote mission and goals of Franklin ISD
Flexible in teaching schedule
