• Lead daily operations with clarity and energy ensuring strong execution and quality

What youll bring to the team:

• Proven experience in IT consultancy (Ideally IAM/IGA) with experience translating business into technical requirements and coordinating implementations
• Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role with a strong background in organization and operational coordination.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration and coaching capabilities
• Excellent communication (influencing persuading and motivating) skills in Dutch and B2 in English.
• Confident in conflict resolution and decision-making
• Highly analytical with solid team management skills.
• Experience identifying commercial opportunities that contribute to organizational success.
• Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience.
