Parts Coordinator Join the Momentum at Ziems Body Shop
Ziems Body Shop is a proactive high-energy aggressively growing collision repair facility looking for a driven and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in precision and performance we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
- Order receive inspect and distribute parts for collision repair jobs
- Ensure accuracy between estimates and delivered parts
- Communicate with vendors to source quality parts quickly and cost-effectively
- Track back orders returns and credits
- Work closely with estimators and technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Maintain organized parts storage and documentation
What Were Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team-driven environment
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Collision repair or automotive parts experience preferred
- Positive attitude with a sense of urgency
