Shift Schedule: Day Shift (start time can vary between 7:30am 9:00am). Flexible to work 30-40 hours per week

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement inventory control and receiving functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials are available to meet production needs while maintaining accurate records and supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple responsibilities across supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage purchase orders from creation through closure including tracking expediting making adjustments and resolving discrepancies
Receive purchase orders and verify that packing list quantities match received goods
Accurately enter inventory transactions into ERP system(s) and distribute materials to internal customers
Utilize MRP/ERP systems to plan and procure basic raw materials and MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations) items
Maintain accurate inventory records throughout all stages of the product lifecycle
Perform routine cycle counts for both direct and indirect materials
Follow safety protocols and maintain clean organized storage and stockroom areas
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering Operations Planning and Quality teams to support production and new product development initiatives

Qualifications:

Some experience in supply chain procurement inventory control or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
Must be able to lift material up to 25lbs
Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems preferred
Familiar with manufacturing environment preferred
