Job Summary
Texas Transplant Physician Group isseeking Advanced Practice Providers (APP) for one full-time position to support the kidney transplant program.
Qualified Candidates:
Kidney disease or chronic disease management is ideal however not
Works with the transplant team to formulate plan of care on the patients
Provide outpatient care asindicatedfor organ disease and transplant patients
Ability to obtain Texas license
