Job Summary

Position Requirements Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

General knowledge of coaching techniques and procedures.
Knowledge of the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) rules.
Demonstrated ability to instruct and supervise student athletes.
Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
USSF License is recommended C or B is preferred.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree preferred.
A minimum of five years of experience as a varsity soccer coach is preferred.

Physical Requirements Specific to the Job:

Will be exposed to hot and cold weather conditions.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to traverse various athletic grounds and facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Position

Developing and overseeing the schools mens soccer program which includes planning practices developing game strategies and ensuring players well-being.
Manage team logistics such as scheduling games procuring equipment and communicating with parents and school administration.
Other duties as assigned.
