Primarily remote however must live in the DFW area or be willing to relocate to the DFW area.

Work hours: Full-time Day shift; 40 hours Monday Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Heres What You Need

Education

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or relevant field. 4 Years Relevant work experience in lieu of a degree (Required)

Experience

3 Years Experience in developing business cases or requirements to solve business issues and/or planning and integrating new technologies into existing system environment.

Experience with current systems analysis principles methods tools and techniques. (Required) and

Knowledge of project management principles. (Highly Preferred)

Previous experience in a healthcare environment (Highly Preferred)

Knowledge or prior use of ServiceNow preferred.

What You Will Do

BUSINESS ANALYSIS

Collaborate with stakeholders including clinicians administrators and ITS teams to gather analyze and document business requirements for healthcare technology solutions.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Conduct workflow analysis process mapping and gap analysis to identify opportunities for system and process improvements.

Collaborate with the various teams to assess risks dependencies and potential timelines for new systems or features.

REQUEST MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION

Track assigned requests through the full governance process to meet timelines and resolve issues.

Communicate proactively with other governance teams and stakeholders regarding the status of requests and any additional information needed.

Maintain knowledge of existing systems and active requests to understand and surface concerns when capability overlaps may arise.

PROCESS

Understand the full governance process request management and technical aspects of managing the governance queue to serve as backup for queue management when needed.

Update assigned requests on a regular basis according to the standard governance process.
