Position Summary
As an Entry-Level CNA you will provide hands-on personal care and daily living support based on each clients individualized care plan. You will work closely with the care team to ensure client comfort safety and well-being in a home setting.
Requirements
- Active CNA Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Compassionate dependable and patient-focused
- Strong communication and observation skills
- New CNAs welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing grooming dressing and toileting
- Support mobility transfers and ambulation
- Help with meals feeding and daily living activities
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Assist with medication reminders and basic documentation

- Flexible shifts available (24/7) based on client needs
