Le cours abordera notamment les thèmes suivants : lorganisation et la structure du sport amateur et professionnel; les conventions collectives entre joueurs et ligues; les organisations internationales et les mécanismes de résolutions des différends.

Requirements:

La Section de common law est à la recherche de candidates et de candidats qui font figure de chefs de file au sein de la profession juridique. Un diplôme de LL.B. de J.D. ou léquivalent est requis pour ce poste. Lappartenance en règle au Barreau de lOntario (ou léquivalent) est également exigée. La personne choisie possédera une expérience pratique considérable dans le domaine du droit pénal canadien ainsi quen plaidoirie orale et écrite. Une expérience préalable en enseignement sera considérée comme un atout.

La Section de common law se réserve le droit de sélectionner une candidature qui ne répond pas entièrement à chacune de ces exigences lorsque la sélection de cette personne serait bénéfique pour le programme le cours la population étudiante ou pour toute autre raison connexe.
