Job Summary
Automotive Service Receptionist
Battleground Kiais seeking aprofessional organized and customer-focused Automotive Service Receptionistto join our service department team.
This role is critical to the success of the dealership service operation. The Service Receptionist serves as thefirst point of contact for customers arriving for service helping ensure a smooth check-in experience while supporting service advisors and technicians throughout the day.

What Youll Do
- Greet customers as they arrive at the service department
- Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with service questions
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Check customers in for service visits and ensure information is accurate
- Direct customers to service advisors for repair consultations
- Assist with administrative tasks including repair order preparation and customer documentation
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to keep service flow organized
- Maintain a clean professional customer reception area
- Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the service visit

Preferred Experience

- Familiarity withservice appointment schedulingor dealership service departments is beneficial
