Job Vacancy: Food and Beverage Assistant at Foxhills Collection
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and providing outstanding customer service Foxhills Collection is currently seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to work in our newly refurbished Manor Lounge and Bar at our prestigious establishment.
Position: Bartender for Manor Lounge & Bar
Location: Foxhills Club & Resort Ottershaw Surrey
Type: Full-time/Part-time

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and service of beverages in our bar
- Greet guests warmly take orders and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas including cleaning the bar are and clearing tables for the next service
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences
- Collaborate with wider restaurant and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Handle payments process transactions accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Verifying the age and checking the identification of potential customers where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Cocktail knowledge preferable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
