Role Description

Role Description:
As a Technical Lead - Salesforce Administration at Incedo you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform for our clients. You will be expected to create and manage user accounts configure custom objects and fields and develop and maintain workflows and automation. Additionally you will work closely with other Salesforce professionals to ensure the platform is meeting the needs of our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform including user management data management security settings and customization.
Develop and implement Salesforce workflows reports and dashboards to support business processes and improve productivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform administration configuration and customization.
Familiarity with Salesforce-related technologies such as Apex Visualforce and Lightning.
Understanding of Salesforce data model security model and sharing rules.
Experience with Salesforce version upgrades migrations and patching.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Must understand the companys long-term vision and align with it.
Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
