As part of the Offer Department Category Team you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Analyze and build recommendations on the strategy of the brands managed in line with Sephoras strategy:
- You will analyze the categories for which you are responsible via panels and other ad hoc studies.
- Data analysis and definition of action plans to improve sales and gain market share.
- Participate in development & Implementation of brands marketing plans looking for exclusivity partnerships
- Adapt assortment & merchandising plans to local needs in cooperation with Sales and Merchandising team
- Plan and secure key animation slots with the right product assortment and relevant for beauty trend cooperating with trade marketing team.
- Negotiate with suppliers creating strong relationships in order to maximize partnerships
Implement and monitor annual action plans:
- You will monitor the budget of your brand portfolio
- You will participate in the implementation of the actions defined in order to achieve the objectives of turnover and margin.
- You will facilitate the coordination between the Animation (Online&Offline) (E-)Merchandising Finance and Supply Teams in order to optimize the execution of the animation plan in the stores and on the e-commerce site.
- You will contribute to the launches of new products in the category.
- You will work closely with Purchasing.
- You will define the forecasts for each launch
Who we are looking for:
- Analytical strength ease with numbers sensitivity to beauty products and current beauty trends
- Rigorous organized curious
- 2and 3 years of experience in category product management or operational marketing
- Fluent English
- You are recognized for you excellent communication and ease in creating quality partnerships
- A capacity for observation adaptation and discretion
- A spirit of initiative and autonomy
- A good command of the Microsoft Suite (Excel Word Powerpoint)
