As our Social Media Content Manager you will develop and execute the content strategy for Sennheiser Consumer Products across all key social platforms to drive brand awareness engagement and sales conversions.
Youll work within a global environment with a lot of freedom to experiment propose ideas and shape the future of our social media presence.
The position is a 1-year maternity leave cover contract.
Your Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end content creation and distribution: copywriting editing scheduling and publishing
Shoot and produce vertical native social media content (Reels TikTok Shorts) for the brand
Report weekly performance via Sprout Social and native analytics tools (Meta Business Suite YouTube Studio)
Analyze KPIs and transform insights into actionable optimizations to boost engagement reach and ROI
Work closely with external agencies and creators to develop a creator-led content approach
Stay ahead of platform trends best practices and platform evolutions and bring innovative ideas forward
Your profile
Excellent knowledge of Instagram TikTok Facebook Twitter LinkedIn YouTube Reddit and other social media best practices
Ability to create digital-native social content (especially short-form video: Reels TikTok YT Shorts)
Skilled inanalytics reporting and interpreting data-based insights
Highly proactive with strong sense of ownership and a commitment to high-quality standards
Well-organized able to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders project management experience
Native-level English proficiency
