ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for teaching preparing content and managing students in school environments following RED HOUSEs pedagogical plan:
- Promote learning experiences aligned with RED HOUSEs pedagogical approach supporting childrens development and learning needs;
- Demonstrate understanding of the schools pedagogical proposal learning expectations and educational philosophy;
- Observe and support students learning progress identifying individual needs and contributing to strategies that enhance student development;
- Collaborate with the academic coordination to develop strategies that foster student engagement and learning outcomes;
- Support the planning and delivery of developmentally appropriate learning activities;
- Contribute to a safe inclusive and supportive classroom environment ensuring the well-being of all students;
- Observe students attitudes and behaviors communicating relevant information to the coordination when necessary;
- Communicate to the coordination the daily occurrences related to the students (accidents illnesses absences etc.);
- Support communication with families regarding students development under the guidance of the coordination team;
- Contribute to the planning and organization of classroom activities and materials ensuring alignment with the schools pedagogical standards;
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation in accordance with school guidelines and policies;
- Participate in academic meetings professional development sessions and training opportunities promoted by the school;
- Collaborate with the educational team sharing relevant information and supporting a positive and collaborative school environment;
- Ensure alignment with RED HOUSE policies and guidelines including the Language Policy Assessment Policy and Teachers Handbook;
- Meet institutional deadlines and support the preparation of pedagogical documentation when required;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the academic coordination.
PrerequisitesEducation: Degree in Pedagogy
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience;
- 2 years experience of early childhood education (students from 1 to 3 years old);
- Nursery experience;
- Classroom management.
Languages: Proficiency in English
