ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for class teaching content preparation and student management in school environments following RED HOUSEs pedagogical plan:
- Deliver and support engaging learning experiences aligned with RED HOUSEs pedagogical approach and curriculum expectations;
- Demonstrate understanding of the schools educational philosophy curriculum framework and learning expectations for the Middle Years segment;
- Monitor and support students academic progress collecting evidence of learning and identifying opportunities to enhance student performance;
- Collaborate with academic coordination and colleagues to develop strategies that promote student engagement and learning outcomes;
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of differentiated learning experiences that support diverse learning needs;
- Create and maintain a safe respectful and inclusive learning environment for all students;
- Observe students academic development attitudes and behaviors communicating relevant information to the coordination when necessary;
- Contribute to the preparation and organization of learning materials projects and classroom activities;
- Assess and provide feedback on student learning based on evidence and established assessment practices;
- Maintain accurate and organized student records and documentation in accordance with school policies and regulations;
- Support communication with families regarding students development under the guidance of the coordination team;
- Participate in academic meetings professional development sessions and training opportunities promoted by the school;
- Collaborate with colleagues and members of the educational team sharing relevant information to support student development;
- Ensure alignment with RED HOUSE policies and guidelines including the Language Policy Teachers Handbook and Assessment Policy;
- Meet institutional deadlines and support the preparation of pedagogical documentation when required;
- Contribute to a positive respectful and collaborative school community environment;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the academic coordination.
