YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Inside Sales Hardware Public Sector you are the point of contact for our customers within the public sector. You act as the crucial link between customers vendors and distribution centers ensuring that contracts are executed smoothly and in line with agreed terms.
You will mainly work from our offices in Pelt or Brussels but you will also have the opportunity to work from home regularly.
Key responsibilities
- End-to-end contract management: You manage (framework) contracts and ensure contracts are executed according to agreed terms.
- Quotes and orders: You prepare quotations process orders and handle the administrative follow-up up to and including invoicing.
- Commercial growth: You maintain existing contracts and actively look for opportunities to further expand them.
- Collaboration: You work closely with key account managers vendors and distributors to provide optimal service to our customers.
- Process optimization: You identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas for improving work processes.
- Knowledge sharing: You monitor market trends and IT developments and actively share your insights within the team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Organizational talent with commercial flair and a customer-oriented mindset: You take ownership build strong relationships with customers and actively think along about the best solutions in a dynamic environment. Accurate and patient: You work in a structured way and have a strong eye for detail which is essential when working with the public sector.
- Affinity with IT: You are curious about technological developments and understand the value of digital solutions.
- Language skills: You communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
- Bachelor-level thinking and working skills as a foundation for your professional approach.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and understanding of how the public sector operates are considered an advantage.
- You are able to maintain strong concentration for extended periods when working on administrative tasks and procedures.

- Permanent contract: A full-time workweek of 40 hours.
