About the Role

What You Will Do

• Work with operations engineering contractors vendors and other maintenance resources to support a 24/7 paper manufacturing operation.

• Support and troubleshoot operating motors drives and other logic-controlled variable effort equipment.

• Responsible for maintaining & troubleshooting the equipment in their area of responsibility

• Works towards a Zero-breakdown & Zero-Stop-mentality

• Works to standards and assures the team works to it (Safety Quality CL CILs etc) and secure the availability of standard technical documentation

• Works securely with the expert maintenance tools (SAP-PM SOPS) and participate in high quality Root-Cause Analysis for technical- and process-problems

• Supports & suggests and implements improvements (e.g. Safety Technology Process) and assures legal compliance on maintenance works

Who You Are

• HS or GED Diploma required

• A minimum of five years of experience in an Industrial electrical technician role.

• Journeyman Industrial Electrician is a plus

• Must be able and willing to work possible 12-hour shifts along with Overtime weekends days or nights.

• Able to perform regular physical tasks such as lifting standing pushing pulling squatting bending and reaching.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay $31.97 per hour.
