Staff 4 Half is sourcing a high-caliber E-commerce Account Coordinator. This role is built on a pure e-commerce foundation supporting a specialized agency that scales high-growth Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands.
This is a high-growth position designed for a sharp technically-minded professional who understands the mechanics of online selling. You will be the engine room of the agency ensuring that as brands scale across multiple marketplaces their data inventory logic and backend processes remain bulletproof.
1. E-commerce Operational Precision
The Source of Truth: Manage the backend of client stores across Shopify Amazon Seller Central Walmart and eBay.
Data Integrity: Reconcile orders Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices. You are responsible for ensuring SKU mapping is 100% accurate across all platforms to prevent inventory discrepancies.
2. Master the Data (Spreadsheet Engineering)
Advanced Analytics: You will live in Excel and Google Sheets. We need someone who can perform complex data cleaning and matching using XLOOKUPs pivot tables and advanced filters.
Audit & Report: Cleanse raw export data from e-commerce platforms to create clear actionable performance reports for the strategy team.
3. Workflow & E-com Automation
Bridge the Silos: Identify manual inefficiencies between the storefront and the warehouse/agency.
Low-Code Solutions: Build low-code bridges using Zapier Make or Power Automate. If a tasklike syncing tracking numbers or updating stock levelscan be automated youre the one to do it.
4. Professional Communication & Triage
Bridge the Gap: Turn technical data into human updates. With C1 English you will write professional friendly emails and translate complex client feedback into specific short internal tasks.
Issue Triage: Serve as the first point of contact for onboarding-related questions. If an API feed breaks or a product configuration is off youll document the issue and follow up until its resolved.
5. AI-Assisted Productivity
Next-Gen Workflow: Leverage AI tools to speed up your technical writing and data sorting.
Human-in-the-Loop: Maintain a strict verify everything policy double-checking AI outputs to fix mistakes and flag issues before they reach the client.
E-commerce DNA: 35 years in e-commerce support operations or customer management. You understand how an order moves from Click to Doorstep.
Adaptable: You are comfortable with frequent changes in tools platform algorithms and agency processes.
Technical Logic: You understand in simple terms how APIs or data flows work and can write down clearly what happened when a system fails.
Security Minded: You follow security rules (NDAs password managers 2FA) exactly.
