The selected candidate will operate a LAN connected company computer to check-in and checkout construction drawings and supplemental documents to the workforce. The duties and responsibilities include maintaining accurate accountability records of the overall drawing inventory by updating documents and disposing of superseded addition to establishing and maintaining a uniform filing system various general office duties are also required (faxing copying scanning filing phone etc) as well as the ability to communicate well both written and selected candidate(s) must be able to comprehend and follow work procedures processes and instructions able to physically transition to other locations as needed work independently and must also be able to lift at least 40 lbs. repeatedly in the performance of their duties as needed.
We are hiring for 1st and 2nd shifts which schedules are 7:00 am 3:30 pm and 3:30 pm 12:00 am.
Must be able to work any assigned shift or work schedule that aligns with production needs.
Candidates Must be 18 years of Age or Older and Legally Eligible to Work in the U.S.
Candidates must be able to:
Climb ladders and work at extreme heights
Kneel squat crawl bend stoop and climb on a daily basis
Lift heavy objects weighing 40 lbs. or more
Work while repeatedly reaching overhead
Work assigned shift as production needs
High School Graduate or Equivalent is Preferred
Prompt Regular and Predictable Daily Work Attendance
