URGENT HIRING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR PORT KLANG

Salary: RM2500 Allowances

2 Shift Rotation (7AM7PM / 7PM7AM)

Monday Saturday

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure smooth production performance.

Supervise production processes (steeping germinating kiln drying & roasting)
Maintain product quality & implement production recipes
Work closely with QA warehouse packaging & logistics teams
Ensure GMP HACCP compliance & housekeeping standards
Monitor raw materials output & utility usage
Train and guide production staff

Requirements

23 years production supervisory experience
Secondary / High school or equivalent
Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of manufacturing quality & safety compliance
