Position Overview:
A leading plastics manufacturing facility is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager and mid-level maintenance professionals to join a high-performing team. This is a hands-on operationally critical role in a climate-controlled high-volume production environment utilizing state-of-the-art blow molding and pakcaging machinery. The ideal candidates are safety-driven technically skilled and ready to support continuous production excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance across a diverse range of plastic molding equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production.
Implement process improvements and support engineering initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency.
Supervise mentor and support maintenance teams fostering professional development and accountability.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Equipment & Process Exposure:

Blow molding and mlastic molding machinery & process monitoring tools
Multi-cavity production systems including high-capacity blow molding lines
Advanced cooling pneumatic and leak detection technologies

Qualifications:

For Maintenance Managers / Senior Professionals:

7 15 years of hands-on maintenance experience in plastics manufacturing (blow molding or injection molding preferred)
Proven experience managing a maintenance team and maintaining high uptime on complex machinery
Strong mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
Excellent leadership organizational and communication abilities

For Mid-Level Maintenance Professionals:

3 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferably in plastics or high-volume manufacturing
Ability to troubleshoot repair and maintain mechanical and electrical systems
Safety-focused detail-oriented and collaborative mindset
