Overview

FocusPoint is partnering with a respected organization to identify an experienced Oracle Fusion Reporting Consultant. This role blends hands on report development with analytical support across Oracle Cloud applications. The consultant will help business teams access accurate timely and actionable data by developing reports validating data troubleshooting issues and supporting ongoing reporting operations.

This is a contract consulting engagement with competitive market rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enhance and maintain reports using OTBI BI Publisher and SQL based solutions
• Build and validate datasets data models and report templates that support operational analytical and compliance reporting
• Analyze data to ensure accuracy consistency and alignment with business rules
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into structured technical requirements
• Support reporting operations including scheduling monitoring and validating recurring reports
• Troubleshoot reporting issues identify root causes and implement accurate and sustainable fixes
• Assist with testing cycles including unit testing user acceptance testing and regression validation
• Document report logic data sources and functional purpose for long term maintainability
• Provide guidance to end users on report usage parameters and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience developing reports within Oracle Cloud applications
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to work with complex datasets
• Hands on experience with OTBI BI Publisher and related Oracle reporting tools
• Ability to interpret business processes and translate them into reporting solutions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate data and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non technical partners

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting reporting needs in Oracle Cloud HCM Finance or Supply Chain
• Familiarity with Oracle subject areas data structures and security models
• Background in consulting or project based work environments
• Experience supporting reporting needs in a large multi entity organization

Engagement Details

• Contract consulting role
• Competitive market rate based on experience
• Remote or hybrid structure depending on client needs
• Start date based on consultant availability
