Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Support Engineer to provide critical support during the transition to a new HR/FIN ERP system. This role is fully remote and requires local candidates only. If you have a strong background in PeopleSoft and are ready to contribute to a major project we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications.
Assist in the implementation and transition to a new ERP system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain documentation and user guides for best practices.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in PeopleSoft applications and modules.
Strong understanding of HR/FIN ERP systems.
Experience with technical support and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of database management and SQL.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
