Job Summary

The DoorDash Marketing Operations teams mission is to efficiently deliver high quality relevant communications that meet the needs of our audiences globally. To accomplish this mission were building a team of technical CRM experts who build QA and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Ads Marketing Lifecycle partners. This team is goaled on high quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency so that each campaign reaches the correct audience on-time with excellent craft. About the Role Focusing on Ads Marketing Campaign Operations you will be responsible for building testing and launching retention marketing campaigns designed by our Marketing Lifecycle partners. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and key stakeholders across the Ads and Promotions business to ensure each campaign has completed all required steps prior to launch and is delivered on time to the DoorDash Merchant audience with high quality and excellent craft. You will be responsible for the high quality campaign delivery rate and production efficiency of each campaign launch. Youre excited about this opportunity because you will Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build launch and optimize retention marketing campaigns across email push notifications in-app messaging and other surfaces using Iterable and internal marketing platforms. Includes owning the QA review process collaborating with designers and copywriters building target audience segments and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders. Operational Efficiency: Develop scalable workflows processes and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and minimal errors. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams such as Lifecycle Ads Marketing Martech Data Science Product Engineering and Design to align on campaign goals audience segmentation and creative execution. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance providing insights and recommendations to improve quality craft and efficiency for future initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations for your Ads Marketing Lifecycle partners ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities. Tool Expertise: Leverage Iterable and internal marketing platforms to implement sophisticated campaigns including automation dynamic content and A/B testing. Were excited about you because Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2B Retention Marketing Email Marketing CRM Operations or Lifecycle Marketing. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Iterable is preferred. Familiarity with ESP/marketing automation tools is required as a minimum. Operational Excellence: Strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize campaign development and quality. Collaborative Approach: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
