Location: Auburn Hills MI /or Pontiac MI
Shift: 2nd Shift
Manufacturing Engineer
Experience:
-Experience supporting manufacturing engineering and build processes for product retrofits in robotics or industrial automation environments.
-Experience developing build plans control plans quality documentation and safety requirements.
-Experience estimating labor and coordinating manufacturing reviews validation testing and project schedules.
-Experience working cross-functionally with purchasing suppliers customers and manufacturing teams.
-Experience with ISO Quality Systems ERP/MRP systems and OSHA requirements.
Education:
-Associates degree in Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or related discipline required.
-Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
-Ability to lead manufacturing engineering activities from planning through final shipment.
-Ability to maintain document control and ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
-Ability to support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Ability to provide clear project updates and collaborate across teams.
-Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet customer deadlines.
-Reliable consistent attendance with minimal travel required.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
-Ability to operate test equipment tools and standard office equipment.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. work at heights and function in a manufacturing environment.
