Title: SAP IBP Response & Supply Consultant
Location: Statesville NC (Hybrid)

Job Summary
The SAP IBP Response & Supply Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation configuration and optimization of the R&S module within SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). This role focuses on enhancing supply chain responsiveness constraint-based planning and order-based planning (OBP) to align with business requirements. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert bridging business needs with technical solutions particularly in integrating IBP with S/4HANA or ECC.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum 5 10 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation with deep expertise in the Response & Supply module.
Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Implementation Track Record: At least two full-cycle end-to-end IBP implementations (excluding rollouts).
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with IBP Configuration (Key Figures Attributes Planning Levels) and SAP CPI-DS/CI-DS.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain planning in discrete/manufacturing industries (e.g. Automotive Heavy Machinery).
Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to lead workshops with business stakeholders.
Nice to have: Experience with SAP APO PP/DS S&OP or Demand Planning.
