Marsh Portfolio Solutions (MPS) is a dynamic client-centric practice within Marsh UK that places and manages a range of innovative portfolio placement solutions on behalf of Marsh Specialty Practices. MPS comprises 50 dedicated professionals who provide a range of intermediary services to insurer clients including sophisticated management information and innovative placement structures.
We will count on you to:
Lead and coach the Fast Track team through performance management regular 121s and tailored development plans fostering colleague growth and setting SMART goals.
Collaborate closely with the Team Manager and other team leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Act as a subject matter expert within MPS and across Marsh & McLennan Companies driving best practices and eliminating inefficiencies.
Monitor team targets provide progress updates and manage expectations to consistently meet business objectives.
Promote a positive collaborative and innovative team culture that exemplifies Marshs values.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in people management including coaching performance management and development planning.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive team productivity and efficiency improvements.
Experience leading projects and implementing strategies that enhance operational effectiveness.
