If you are a FinanceAnalyst looking for an opportunity to grow Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you!As a Sr. Financial Analyst based in our Round Rock TX office you will be a key member of the Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Department within our Process Systems & Solutions (PSS) business unit. This key role will support both foreign and domestic financial reporting sites of PSS. This position is expected to provide timely meaningful and accurate reporting of operations and forecasts of the global PSS business.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be
Perform global financial consolidation for monthly results and analyze financial data to help leaders understand business performance.
Consolidate and update quarterly financial forecasts through the Emerson Presidents Operating Report process.
Prepare clear concise management reports and presentations on a monthly and adhoc basis.
Develop reports and predictive financial models that support strong decisionmaking.
Serve as a key liaison between PSS headquarters global worldarea teams and Emerson enterprise functions.
Support preparation for strategic and operational planning cycles including Presidents Council Profit Review and Financial Review.
Lead the collection and consolidation of monthly quarterly and annual financial and informational submissions for the global PSS business.
Provide ad hoc analyses and financial support for various projects as needed.

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelors or minimum 3 years of experience with a Masters.
Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience with Hyperion Financial Management
Skills using Power BI or other data visualization tools
A continuous improvement mindset and comfort working independently
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels
Advanced credentials such as MBA MAC or CPA (or equivalent knowledge gained through experience)
