What Youll Build

SAP Mexico Next Gen program is a global-minded strategic paid graduate program that provides recent university graduates with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than a graduate program its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.

Position title: SAP Mexico Next Gen Design Advisor

Location: CDMX Mexico

Expected Start: May 2026*

Duration: 24 Months

The digital economy has created new lines of business and methods of connecting with customers that are revolutionizing the GTM approach at SAP. Increasing requirements to sell Cloud solutions across all regions mean that we must innovate ways to communicate with our customers and to address the growing need to touch more volume.

A Design Advisor is an expert in a combination of multiple design disciplines such as UX web graphic or product design and integral to customer success. The Design Advisor supports end-to-end customer engagement with the production of creative content such as videos presentations infographics flipbooks animated works print media and digitally consumed content. The Design Advisor is critical for those moments that matter supporting the field to deliver value and maximize intended impact from our customers. He/ She is often at the forefront of new design concepts and winning customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Acceleration of Customer Advisory Support

Supply the field with reusable assets that can be quickly taken to market and customers

Scale creative assets software and approaches through templates and content structure to streamline content development

Inject creativity into customer-centric design assets by bringing in a strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to craft compelling and perfectly executed concepts

Break silos and share best practices across hubs and communities

Create visually engaging customer-centric assets to improve SAPs customers buying journey through creativity graphic design user experience and video production.

Dismantle and translate complex topics into intuitive visual designs and videos

Create and adapt eye-catching content to attract and address the needs of various target audiences

Ensure uncompromising quality in all internal and external assets.

Work across silos teams organizations time-zones cultures to bring the maximum intended impact to the customer engagement

Manage deadlines content collation project milestones reporting back to the business on the effectiveness and challenges encountered during the creative design projects
