Job Description:
As a Social Manager you will lead the end-to-end strategy planning execution and optimization of paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Meta TikTok and other emerging channels. You willbe responsible fordriving performance excellence ensuring operational accuracy and delivering measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision making.
This role requires strong strategic thinking hands-on campaignexpertise leadership capability and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with businessobjectives.
- Create full-funnel media plans including budget allocation audience segmentation and performance forecasting.
- Identifygrowth opportunities and innovative approaches to improve campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Oversee end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across platforms.
- Ensure campaigns are set up accurately with proper tracking and measurement frameworks.
- Monitor daily performance andoptimizecampaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR CPA ROAS engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage pacing and budgets to ensure zero overspend or underspend.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Lead preparation of performance reports and review presentations.
- Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on campaign data.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and document key learnings to improve future performance.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for paid social matters.
- Translate businessobjectivesinto clear and effective social strategies.
- Present campaign performance and strategicrecommendations confidentlyto stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and supervise junior team members to ensure high-quality execution.
- Review campaignsetupsandreportingoutputs tomaintainquality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning creative analytics and operations to ensure seamless campaign deployment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 35 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
- Strongexpertisein major social advertising platforms (Meta TikTok etc.).
- Experience managing large budgets and complex campaign structures.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong interest in digital media performance marketing and audience strategy.
