Job Summary

We areseeking an experienced Data Analyst II to join our team.

We are looking for a Data Analyst II who will:

As a Data Analyst II you will play a critical role in driving datainformed decisions across the organization. Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Strategy you will analyze operational data develop insightful reporting and support process improvements. You will collaborate closely with data stewards and business leaders to translate data into meaningful business insights.

Analyzing and interpreting operational data across Product Engineering Sales Marketing and Professional Services
Building data collection cleansing and transformation processes to prepare highquality datasets
Producing consistent reports and insights for Monthly Business Reviews eventbased reviews and adhoc analyses
Creating and maintaining dashboards partnering with corporate OneView teams and Power BI specialists
Synthesizing data narratives for business leadersidentifying anomalies uncovering root causes and developing insights
Tracking and reporting qualitative and quantitative improvements on identified issues
Ensuring compliance with internal policies regulations and security standards
Contribute to collaborative problem-solving proactive communication and crossfunctional engagement

Is this opportunity right for you We are looking for candidates who:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science related field or equivalent experience
14 years of experience in analytics business intelligence or data analysis
Experience developing reports and dashboards
Strong SQL skills and proficiency with Power BI Power Automate Mircrosoft Fabric and Microsoft Office
Ability to translate data into clear business insights with strong analytical and criticalthinking skills
Effective written communication to present complex findings simply and clearly
Ability to collaborate in fastpaced highpressure environments
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on tracking and driving improvements
A candid communicator who can surface issues constructively and thoughtfully
High attention to detail strong business acumen and commitment to data quality and compliance
Training in data analysis business analytics or related disciplines (preferred)
