We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to develop and maintain scalable user-friendly applications across both front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Python model training and working with NLP and Generative AI frameworks. Experience with LLM-based libraries such as LangChain PyTorch GPT and Transformers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the system design of scalable maintainable and robust systems for both existing and new projects with meticulous attention to detail

• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices identify potential issues and maintain high code quality

• Apply deep technical expertise to solve complex problems refine coding practices and ensure the highest standards of software quality

• Work closely with the Engineering Manager and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals and ensure project timelines are met

• Proactively identify and flag potential risks in system design and implementation and work with the team to mitigate them

• Take ownership of complex tasks with minimal supervision and make informed decisions to drive projects forward

• Clearly communicate decision-making processes rationale and outcomes to the team and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment

• Articulate and document technical designs and solutions in a clear and concise format

• Drive technical innovation through active research and application of new theories techniques and technologies

• Present technical solutions capabilities considerations and features in business terms

• Communicate project status issues and risks in a precise and timely manner

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience working with Python and TypeScript in production environments

• Strong experience building backend systems with Python and Django and frontend applications with TypeScript and React / NextJS

• Hands-on experience designing deploying and operating applications on AWS including cloud infrastructure networking and scalable deployment strategies

• Solid proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) including schema design performance optimization and data integrity

• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies including LLMs Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and vector databases such as Pinecone Weaviate or FAISS

• Practical experience working with GenAI APIs and LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain including prompt engineering and pipeline design

• Strong software engineering fundamentals including system design architecture testing scalability and performance optimization

• Familiarity with DevOps and deployment tooling including Docker CI/CD pipelines background job systems (Celery/Redis) and monitoring or observability tools

• Ability to apply deep technical expertise to solve complex problems and maintain high standards of software quality

• Proven ability to take ownership of complex initiatives identify risks and communicate decisions trade-offs and outcomes clearly

• Experience collaborating with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals and timelines

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
