- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- General accounting and administrative knowledge
- Practical knowledge of accounting software
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other office software tools
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal written communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency; interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices including risk management and ethical use
- Academic background in Accounting
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in the accounting area
- Supports the accounting cycle through accurate recording of transactions and collaboration in financial processes
- Recording of vouchers and financial transactions in the accounting system
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist in the monthly and annual account closing process
- Help in the preparation of financial statements
