JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our Global Studios team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised digital communications that change perceptions shape new behaviours and shift market share for our clients.

As a Junior Motion Designer you are a hybrid creativeequally comfortable designing static layouts in Figma as you are animating them. You will support a new Argentina Motion Team in delivering high-volume hyper-personalized content. This is a role for a fast learner who wants to master the intersection of design motion and AI-driven workflows.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Hybrid Execution: Create digital animations video edits and static assets based on established brand guidelines.
• GenAI Integration: Explore and utilize Generative AI tools (e.g. Weavy Freepik Replicate) to streamline asset creation and enhance creative output.
• Asset Management: Source images footage and organize project files across Figma After Effects and Jitter for efficient team collaboration.
• Template Utilization: Work within existing templates to ensure speed and consistency.
• Growth: Actively seek feedback and embrace new tools to develop your hybrid design skills.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• A portfolio showing both static graphic design and motion work.
• Proficiency or strong desire to learn After Effects Figma and Jitter.
• Any 3D or Cavalry experience is a plus.
• A pioneer mindset: eager to experiment with new AI tools and workflows.
• English proficiency for collaboration with the global DEPT team.
