The lead teacher assists in the overall supervision and coordination of the Super Summer Camp Program.
- APPLICATION DEADLINE:March 20 2026 - 4:00 p.m.
- LENGTHOF WORK PERIOD:There will bea Mandatory Staff Meeting/Prep Day on Monday June 1 2026 and on Monday June 29 2026; 15Instructional Days from Tuesday July 6 2026 to Friday July 24 2026. Up to 30 hours of Professional Development and lead time for late pick up or incidents that may occur.
- WORK SITE: Mary Fay Pendleton Elementary Potter Junior High William H. Frazier Elementary (1 Lead Teacher per site)
- SALARY:2 Staff Meeting/Prep Days paid at $75.00/hourly rate 15 instructional days at $525.00 per day (based on7.0 hours/day).
- WORK SCHEDULE:7.0 hours/day Monday - Friday; 7:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
- REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING:
- Preferred Administrative Services Credential
- At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience
- EXPECTATIONS:Assigned to the site to ensure all staff students and parents are supported during Super Summer Camp; provide staff training; maintain appropriate records; create a document with all site information; assist with supervision; assist staff in planning programs; assist with student behavior; support parent requests and concerns; assist with staffing issues; monitor the site safety; collaborate with all pertinent staff.
The Super Summer Camp Lead Teacher will:
- Assist in the selection of Super Summer Camp personnel
- Maintain appropriate records
- Assist Super Summer Camp staff in securing materials and planning programs including establishing and maintaining standards of student behavior
