Job Description:

Join our Global Services organization as a Global BCM Administrator a key role within our Site Strategy & Operations this 3year fixedterm position you will play a vital part in strengthening Johnson & Johnsons ability to maintain critical operations during unexpected disruptions making a real impact on business resilience across our global network.

In this role you will lead and coordinate Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities for J&J functions and sites worldwide with a special focus on deploying BCM methodology in EU locations impacted by the NIS2 regulation. Your expertise will help ensure continuity for millions of patients and customers.

As the enterprise lead for Fusion our global BCM software platform you will drive its adoption implementation and ongoing administration while ensuring alignment with our enterprise BCM framework and global risk management standards. You will also train teams support BCM exercises and assess the maturity and effectiveness of continuity plans across the organization.

This position supports the strategic Business Continuity Maturity (CAR) program giving you exposure to a highvisibility global initiative. The role may include occasional travel to EU sites to facilitate workshops and onsite activities.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive the delivery of BCM life cycle activities for global functions and manufacturing sites/offices/distribution centers by executing/coordinating the execution and maintainance of all BCM activities including Business Impact Analysis Risk Assessment dependency mapping Business Continuity Plans and Recovery & Testing strategies in partnership with Enterprise BCM team leveraging Fusion system.

  • Develop strategic plans and execution of Fusion tool for BC program; partner with IT to drive digital and technology improvements. Support the management of license distribution across JnJ

  • Serve as BC consultant for strategic decisions with the business and first line of support to the business for Fusion- or BCM-related questions.

  • Accountable for global business continuity reporting and the delivery of analytical insights to support executive decisionmaking.

  • Support planning of BC Tabletop exercise sessions.

  • Benchmark Business Continuity services in the industry.

  • Support planning of Business Continuity Awareness program.

  • Support development and execution of BC Communication Strategy to stakeholders and employees.

  • Execute communication channels and maintain Center distribution lists to foster transparency and keep BCM community informed about the Program (Home Page NewsletterViva engage Video Display Board etc.).

  • Development and training; communicate and interact effectively with team members and stakeholders activities to broaden the network develop credibility and trust participate to the BCM community

Other Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with other team members and stakeholders to execute tasks and fulfill key deliverables seeking input and assistance as needed.

  • Establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment with key focus on delivering excellent customer experience by dealing with all stakeholders in a professional manner.

  • Preferred abilities (may become differentiating factors):

    • Knowledge of Business Continuity Management framework ISO22301 risk management processes

    • Previous experience in the LiveScience industry (especially operations and/or IT)

    • Knowledge of Fusion as BCM technology product

    • Previous experience in training and/or communication campaigns
