As an Operations Analyst you will support deal managementoperations within the LSS Global Services Team. As programs in this business continue to grow you will partner closely withleaders tocoordinate themanagementprocess for pre-sales and closed-won dealsteam capacity planningDemand Plan completion & quality team communications andthe preparation of internal quarterly business reviewsand other strategic reporting needs.
This is a data-drivenrole which requires excellent organizationand attention to communication andcomfort working with large sets of as a project manager for key operational activities in addition to building cross functional role willenable our business to support LSS Customer Success & Global Services operations helping to ensure our customers are maximizing the benefits of our solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manages daily assignment communications and record keepingfor all implementation pilot enablement opportunitiesglobally including vetting & validating license Demand Plan completion
Maintains updated capacity plansforthe Global Services Teamto ensure equitable assignment processes
Completesregularreportingand data requests showcasingimpactofstrategic initiatives tointernalstakeholders
Conductsregular audits of pre-sales deals to ensureour deal management process isaccurate
Leverages Smartsheets and D365 to manageprogram pipeline updatecustomerdata
maintaininputcompletionmetrics and pull reportingin timely cadence to support business operations
ManagesLSS Global Services CSAT surveyprocess to collect valuable feedback from internal and external customers
Interfaces withCS &Servicesleadership teamsonprogram logisticsandoperational needs
Assistsin creating and updatingprogram management assets includinginternalfacingresourceskey performance indicator (KPI) reports and communications
PartnerswithCustomer SuccessSales Operations Team toevolveprogrammaterials enhancements and requirements
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
3years of experienceworking in an operations analytics orprogram/projectmanagement role
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience within a SaaS environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document and communicate with internalstakeholders
Highly detail oriented and organized with ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
Proficiency with MS Office
Experience workingwith Salesforce Dynamics and/or Smartsheets
Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making
Experience in communicating effectively and present to Senior Executives
Experience in working with Tableau SQL and/or Presto Anaplan a plus

The pay range for this role is $74000 to $119000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depthy of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
